Meet the Founders of Progressive Therapy Kids ⭐️
Ryan and Wendy Williams have built a legacy of exceptional pediatric therapy services across Arkansas. For over 20 years, school districts, preschools, charter schools, and specialized academies have trusted ⭐️PTK to deliver top-tier speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children who need it most.
With a background in finance and an MBA, Ryan leads the business side of PTK—streamlining operations and creating efficient systems so our therapists can focus on what they do best: caring for kids. 💼
Wendy, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 27 years, is the heartbeat of PTK. She works closely with school administrators and supports a dedicated staff of over 60 therapists across the state. ❤️
Together, Ryan and Wendy have been married for 27 years and have four children. They have built a company that remains family oriented for their staff while maintaining excellent care.
But their impact doesn’t stop with PTK—they also own FYZICAL/CONWAY and Progressive Therapy Mayflower, and 3 pediatric outpatient clinics offering outpatient physical and occupational therapy for people of all ages (from 0 to 103!). 🙌
