Clinical trials day was extra special this year at Highlands. We celebrated by hosting an open house for our new comprehensive Clinical Trials Suite in the Springdale location! It was a great opportunity to come together, collaborate, and share the innovative work our team has been leading for more than 26 years.
This new space marks a major milestone in our journey forward, as we continue expanding access to care through more than 150 active clinical trials.
The Clinical Trials Suite officially began seeing patients this year and was thoughtfully designed to support the unique needs of research participants. Unlike traditional care, clinical trial patients often require carefully coordinated labs, imaging, provider visits, treatments, and study-specific testing. All of this must happen on precise timelines and follow strict protocols. Our new space allows us to deliver that level of coordination more efficiently and more seamlessly for every patient.
We are proud of how this program has grown in partnership with our community partners and are looking forward to the medical breakthroughs to come!
