Next up in our Team Spotlight Series is Ashely!
Ashley is one of our awesome Occupational Therapists, and her favorite color is blue! 💙

If she could trade jobs with one of her therapy kiddos, she’d totally take over board game time. Who wouldn’t want to dominate in Candy Land or Sorry? 🎲

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Ashley going on walks or sitting in the bleachers cheering on her kids at their various sports. 🏐⚽🏀

Her spirit animal? A monkey — because when she was younger, she climbed every single tree she could find. (Basically a jungle gym pro.) 🐒🌳

Ashley has been an OT for 22 years (wow!) and she keeps learning by soaking up ideas from other therapists and taking courses to add new tools to her toolbox. Her favorite part of the job? Watching kids master skills that once seemed impossible.✨

She keeps sessions fun and motivating by mixing it up—some activities that require focus and others that let kids move and explore the sensory gym. It’s all about balance! ⚖️

Her advice for parents?
👉 “Slowly increase expectations and end with tasks they can be successful with.”

To get through the day, Ashley loves a mid-day Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew pick-me-up. 🥤

And a fun fact? She used to ride a unicycle as a kid! 🚴‍♀️ (Yes, we’re all waiting for her to bring that talent into the clinic one day.)

Say hello to Jacklyn, one of our amazing Speech Therapists! 💚

If Jacklyn had to trade jobs with one of her therapy kiddos, she’d happily take on lunch followed by nap time—she’d be a pro at it! 😴 Her walk-in soundtrack? None other than the Chicken Dance! 🐔🎶

When she’s not at work, Jacklyn enjoys walking, doing Pilates, singing, sneaking in a good nap, or spending time with her friends and family. Her spirit animal is a monkey—wild and unpredictable, just like her fun personality! 🐒

Jacklyn has been a Speech Therapist for 20 years! Her favorite part of the job is connecting with families and seeing her kids grow and succeed. She loves working at a smaller clinic like All Aboard, where sharing ideas and collaborating with other therapists comes naturally.

To keep her sessions engaging, she uses our game closet, gym equipment, and even incorporates peers into activities to keep things exciting and motivating.

Her advice for parents?
✨ “From my own personal experience, it can be extremely overwhelming at times. Just try to take it one day at a time!”

To power through her day, Jacklyn prefers tea. 🍵 And a fun fact you might not guess? She had a pet alligator when she was a kid! 🐊

We love having Jacklyn on our team—her energy, creativity, and compassion make such a difference for our families. 💙

Next up in our Team Spotlight Series is Jayna, one of our amazing Speech-Language Pathologists! 💜

If Jayna could trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she wouldn’t just nap—she’d be the CEO of Nap Time. 😴👑 Her spirit animal is a hyena, because she loves to laugh, be silly, and make others laugh, and if she had a walk-in song, it would be “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang. 🎶

Jayna has been a speech therapist for, in her words, “too many years to count”—but in reality, she finished grad school back in 2004! The kids always keep things exciting, she loves her coworkers, and she’s grateful to have met so many wonderful families along the way. She keeps her sessions engaging by finding what motivates each child individually—but admits that her favorite group is toddlers because “they’re easily entertained and you can turn the simplest things into a learning moment.” 🧸

Her best advice for parents? “Engage with your kiddos—use the little moments in the day to work on language, whether you’re riding in the car, going to the store, or playing at the park!” ❤️

When she’s not at work, Jayna enjoys family time, shopping with her 13-year-old daughter, playing games, or (surprise, surprise) napping. 💤 She keeps herself fueled with flavored, sweet coffee, and her fun fact? She writes silly poems for her friends to celebrate milestones—it’s her go-to party trick! ✍️🎉

Next up in our Team Spotlight Series is Haley, one of our amazing Occupational Therapists! 💖

If Haley could trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she’d definitely be in charge of craft time. ✂️🎨 Her walk-in song would be “Mamma Mia!” 🎶 and her spirit animal is a golden retriever—loyal, fun, and always ready for a good time. 🐾

Haley has been an OT for 2 ½ years and says her favorite parts of the job are problem solving, supporting families, and watching her therapy kids grow and develop. To keep sessions fun and engaging, she finds new interventions on social media and switches things up so kids stay challenged and entertained. She continues learning by watching seasoned therapists, pushing herself with education courses, and collaborating across disciplines.

Her best advice for parents? “Kids crave boundaries and learn with consistency.” ❤️

When she’s not at work, Haley loves spending time with family, watching sports, and hosting friends. She recharges with a cold pop 🥤 and her fun fact? She’s always ready for a performance—she loves karaoke and dancing, and even keeps a microphone in her car in case of an emergency! 🎤💃

Today’s Team Spotlight is on Amanda, our “retired” Physical Therapist who still fills in when we need her most! 🖤

If Amanda had to trade jobs with one of her therapy kiddos, she’d totally ace playing cars on the floor 🚗—no question about it! Her walk-in song? I Like to Move It by will.i.am (yep, the same one King Julien sings in Madagascar 🐒🎶).

When she’s not at work, Amanda is spending time with her dog, taking walks, or working in the yard. Her spirit animal is a golden retriever—loyal, fun, and always ready to play!

Amanda has been a PT for an incredible 28 years! Her favorite part of the job? Watching kids reach milestones and supporting parents along the way. She continues learning through social media, where she picks up new ideas and keeps up with what’s happening in the PT world.

She keeps therapy sessions fun and motivating by turning everything into a game and isn’t afraid to be silly. Her advice to parents? “Don’t get discouraged. Consistency at home is vital to a child’s progress.”

To get her through the day, Amanda prefers energy drinks. ⚡️ And a fun fact? She’ll make three extra turns to avoid a left-hand turn on a busy street! (Honestly… we can’t blame her for that one. 🚦😂)

We’re so thankful to have Amanda as part of our team—even in “retirement”!

Next up in our Team Spotlight Series is Cheré, one of our amazing Occupational Therapists! 🤍

If Cheré could trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she’d pick nap time on the swing. 😴 Her spirit animal is a mama bird, because she loves taking care of the little ones and the nest. 🐦 And if a soundtrack played when she walked into a room, it would be “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley. 🎶

Cheré has been an OT for an incredible 21 years! Her favorite part of the job? The kids—she says they’re the best and continue to surprise her every day. To keep therapy fun and motivating, she finds what inspires each child individually, makes it fun, and always tries to get creative. She continues growing in her field by seeking out continuing education courses that are meaningful and applicable to the daily challenges kids face.

Her best advice for parents? “Choose your battles and focus on their strengths.” ❤️

When she’s not at work, Cheré loves being outside with her family and dog, playing tennis, and traveling. ✈️ And to get her through her workday? Definitely coffee. ☕ Fun fact—she can also play the guitar! 🎸

If Sarah had to trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she’d totally nail crafting and board games. 🎨🎲 Her spirit animal is a chipmunk—small but energetic!—and if a soundtrack played when she walked into a room, it would definitely be “Walking on Sunshine.” 🌞

Sarah has been in OT for an incredible 22 years and says it never gets boring! Working with kids keeps her flexible, creative, and young at heart. She keeps sessions engaging by encouraging social groups, playing games, and creating new tasks each week to keep therapy exciting and motivating. Her favorite part of the job? Collaborating with her team and watching kids grow in confidence and skills. ❤️

A tip from Sarah for parents: “Stay positive and encourage their good qualities, but always keep working on the hard stuff!”

When she’s not at work, Sarah loves exercising, reading (she challenges herself to read 100 books a year 📚), and spending time with her family. Fun fact—she even teaches baking classes for kids with her daughter! 👩‍🍳

Next up in our Team Spotlight Series is Callie Kendrick, who you’ll see filling in at the front desk at our Johnson location! 💛

If Callie had to trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she’d definitely rock nap time. 😴 Her spirit animal is a turtle, and if a soundtrack played when she walked into a room, it would probably be something by Brooks & Dunn or Alan Jackson. 🎶

Callie is a senior in college and currently going through the OT application process—her dream is to work in inpatient rehab. Until then, we love having her as part of our team and getting to watch her grow into the amazing OT we know she’ll be! She brings creativity, kindness, and a sunny personality (her favorite color is yellow) into everything she does.

When she’s not at work, Callie enjoys movie nights with friends, staying busy with her college classes, and recharging with an energy drink in hand. ⚡ Fun fact—she’s been to Costa Rica twice! ✈️

We’re so lucky to have Callie with us at All Aboard, and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful things she’ll accomplish! 💙

Up next in our team spotlight series is Leigh, one of our amazing Speech Therapists!
Blue is Leigh’s favorite color, and if she had to trade jobs with one of her therapy kiddos, she’d be all about snack breaks and a serious round of Sneaky Snacky Squirrel! (Just don’t ask her to get in the ball pit! 😅)

Her walk-in song would be God is Good by Austin French, and when she’s not at work, you’ll find her jogging, working out, watching her kids play volleyball and football, cooking simple dinners with her husband, or happily crossing things off her to-do list. ✅

Her family says her spirit animal is an owl, but she sees herself as more of a squirrel—always juggling several things at once and sometimes a little distracted! 🐿️

Leigh continues growing in her field through continuing education courses that directly relate to the kiddos she’s working with, and she loves learning from our phenomenal speech team here at All Aboard.

She’s been a Speech Therapist for 20 years! Her favorite part? That every single day brings something good, no matter how small—whether it’s a toddler “mooing” while playing with farm animals or a child making progress toward their goals. 💙

Leigh keeps her sessions engaging and motivating by meeting kids where they are—whether that means sitting at a table with flash cards or flying through the gym like an airplane. The kids keep her feeling young (though she admits, some days she definitely feels her age 😉).

Her advice for parents?
“Consistent expectations are critical for our kids to grow and thrive. And be mom or dad—let us do the hard work and follow our lead!”

Coffee is her must-have to start the day—always with French Vanilla Coffee Mate. ☕ And fun fact? Leigh has a tattoo and is totally relaxed on vacation—she doesn’t need an itinerary to enjoy herself! 🌴

We’re excited to launch our Team Spotlight Series, where we’ll be introducing the amazing people who make our clinic so special—starting with Stephanie, one of our awesome Occupational Therapist!

If Stephanie had to trade jobs with one of our therapy kiddos, she’d totally rock nap time! 😴 Her spirit animal is a dolphin, and if a soundtrack played when she walked into a room, it would be “When I See You” by Fantasia. 🎶

Stephanie has been in OT for 4 years and loves collaborating with other therapists and learning from new research in the field. She keeps her sessions engaging and motivating by meeting each child where they are and finding the right challenge for them. Her favorite part of the job? Making an impact in children’s and families’ lives every single day! ❤️

A tip from Stephanie for parents: “Be present in each moment, even the mundane and ordinary.”

When she’s not at work, Stephanie loves spending time with her daughter and husband, traveling, sipping coffee, and fun fact—she used to play softball for the Razorbacks! ⚾
