Ever heard of the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen? These lists—updated each year by the Environmental Working Group (EWG)—help you make smarter choices about when to buy organic produce.

✨ The Clean 15 are fruits and veggies with the lowest pesticide residues. These are fruits and vegetables that don’t need to be organic!

🚫 The Dirty Dozen are the ones with the highest levels of pesticides

Correction Spotlight!

Meet our amazing scoliosis warrior who’s been rocking her and staying consistent with for the past 6 months — and the results speak for themselves!

Thoracic curve: 38° ➡️ 30°
Lumbar curve: 52° ➡️ 31°

That’s a 21-degree correction in the lumbar region and 8 degrees in the thoracic — all through dedication, persistence, and the right support system. 💥

We’re SO proud of the hard work and commitment she’s shown. This is what progress looks like!

Ever wonder what we do on Tuesday and Thursday mornings while we are closed?

We learn and grow to be better doctors to help serve the community! The learning never stops and the more doctors in a room the more we can discuss the success!

Do you want to know what chiropractors do in their free time??

What free time?? No, I'm kidding (mainly😝) because we do allow time for other life stuff. This is just a small example of a few chiros enjoying learning and discussing health and wellness. Nutrition and biochem are some necessary topics when we are at our "round table". We also love to nerd out on recent studies to keep us relevant in evidence based practice models.

So yea....kinda nerdy🤓but we wouldn't want it any other way!
