On this day in 2019 🗓️ opened the doors to , bringing PNF Stretching to Northwest Arkansas📍

Did you know that this place first opened as a walk-in stretch clinic? No appointments, no massage, only 20 min stretches. The events of 2020 changed all that - the shop went to all appointment-based and started offering a 60 min traditional massage in addition to what became The Ultimate Stretch™. Shortly after, the 30/30 and 30/60 combos were created, evolving the service offerings and the entire business model into what you know and love it as today 💚

A big heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing team of Licensed Massage Therapists, awesome clients who are such a joy to know and work with, and the entire community (both near and far!) for trusting us with quality, therapeutic bodywork. We continue to be inspired by each and every one of you and we wouldn’t be here/who we are today without y’all!
