✨ The HELIX is great for calves/hamstrings as well as more targeted rolling on the back
✨ The AXLE provides broader pressure and is shaped for the spine

💚 The RAD Point Release Kit comes with a yoga block, peanut, and roller balls of different sizes for more targeted work
💚 We also have the individual peanut roller in Medium and XL (the groove is to accommodate the spine)

Come try out the rollers after your appointment and see how they’re different than your traditional foam rollers! We’d love to show you how to use these tools at our Myofascial Release Workshop ⬇️
