A {little late} because dang I forgot how hard and exhausting growing a tiny human can be 😅 but absolutely always so grateful for this gift

I don’t think we can ever know what the outcome will be when we take those big {often scary} steps in our lives. But every big decision I’ve ever made has always ended up leading me to more love, more joy, more purpose, and more peace

So cheers {with a mocktail} to one year! I can’t wait to continue to walk alongside you and your littlest loves in this crazy beautiful journey 🩵

🌟NWA’s Baby Play Class🌟

We are well into the 2025 Little Blooms Play Class season 🥳 Which means we have so many new littles now rolling, getting in and out of sitting, transitioning to hands and knees, crawling, pulling to stand, and walking!

If you have not yet, I would love to have you and your littlest loves join us for baby’s first play class, with TWO unique classes!

One specifically designed for infants 6 weeks to 6 months.

The other for infants 7 months to 12 months.

This 60 minute class is the perfect way to support your little one’s development through gentle movement and fun, purposeful play.

Ask questions and learn expert techniques to support infant feeding and milestones, while getting to chat and hang with some really cool moms 🫶🏻

Our Grounded and Connected:
Mama+Baby Bodywork Session is a nurturing experience designed to support both mothers and their babies as they adjust to life together outside the womb.

Together, mama and baby share a calming space, guided by gentle touch and movement to enhance bonding and mutual well-being.

Led by Dr. Loni, pelvic PT and craniosacral fascial therapist and Dr. Claire, infant PT and certified breastfeeding specialist.

All sessions are held in downtown Springdale inside .nwa

Gift cards also available, offering the perfect way to support mamas and new little ones.

Every time I show these before and after pictures, my favorite is the joy and excitement the parents have 🥹🥳

But let’s chat about how we got here so you know what to look for and when to reach out.

🌟Biggest thing is - this little was first seen when they were only *6 weeks old* 🤯

🌟Second is - the family self referred, meaning they did not wait for another provider to refer them to PT (every state has some form of direct access laws).

🌟Third is - family followed our care plan to a “T” and remained consistent (every therapist’s dream 🤩) including addressing full body tension and head turn preference.

Early intervention is crucial in order to address head shape changes conservatively (without helmet therapy).

📢The ideal age is before 3 months old, but truly the sooner the better📢

Any symptoms and breastfeeding/chestfeeding challenges will not fully resolve unless the ROOT CAUSE is addressed. And addressing head shape changes goes along with this.
