May is Women’s Health Month, a time to highlight the importance of annual screenings, early detection, and mental health care. Key screenings to keep in mind:
✔️ Pap smears starting at age 21
✔️ Annual mammograms at age 40
✔️ Colon cancer screenings at age 45

In addition, make sure to stay up to date on other necessary and recommended preventive screenings and routine vaccinations. Call your primary care provider to schedule your annual wellness exam, or contact one of the following MANA clinics for specialty care and screenings:
• The Breast Center: mammograms and breast health care
• Renaissance Women’s Health: gynecology and well-woman visits
• NWA Psychiatry: mental health support
• MANA Family Medicine: wellness visit
