I have been MELTing regularly for about 8 weeks, after MELTing sporadically for several years. Oh, my goodness! What a difference! I just came back from a 30+ mile backpacking trip in rainy, muddy, slick conditions with lots of creek crossings and rock scrambles, and my body felt the best it ever has while backpacking! I was more stable, my chronic knee pain was far less, and I even felt stronger without having done any actual strength training recently. I am so grateful for being able to feel better in body as I "youth" my way through the years! (I do feeling like I'm youthing, rather than aging.)
