💙 Staff Spotlight: Patient Support Team 💙

Behind every patient’s journey is a team committed to caring for the whole person—not just the diagnosis. Our Patient Support Team is made up of licensed oncology social workers and care professionals who walk alongside patients and caregivers every step of the way.

Cancer affects more than the body. Emotional, financial, family, and practical challenges can feel overwhelming during treatment. Our social workers are advocates and problem-solvers, meeting with patients and caregivers as often as needed to identify challenges and help lessen—or even avoid—them through compassionate support and resources.

This Friday, we’re shining the spotlight on our incredible Transportation Team! 🚐💛
So far in 2025, they’ve driven over 260,000 miles, making sure our patients get safely to every appointment, treatment, and essential care, rain or shine. Their dedication goes the extra mile (literally!) to bring comfort and support to those facing cancer.

Every ride matters. Every smile matters. Every team member matters. Thank you for being the heartbeat of our mission! 💛

During this workshop, led by award winning podcaster and longtime cancer caregiver Charlotte Bayala, you will discover ways to approach gratitude that feel authentic and self-perserving, without pretending everything is okay.
