To our Whitlock Orthodontics Family,

Some of you may already know, but I wanted to share personally that I’ve recently been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in my left sinus. I’ve begun chemotherapy and will also undergo radiation therapy as part of my journey to recovery.

We all face challenges in life. I know many of you and your families have walked through difficult seasons too. With the support of my family, my faith, and my incredible team, I am committed to walking this road with hope—and to continuing to provide the exceptional care you’ve come to expect from us.

As we move through treatment, there may be times we need to adjust scheduling or make temporary accommodations. I ask for your patience and flexibility, knowing our goal remains unchanged: to offer the highest standard of care to you and your families. I’m blessed to have some amazing orthodontist friends who may step in to help out if needed — just one more reason I’m feeling grateful through all of this!

If you’re inclined, Karen and I would be so grateful for your prayers—for:
• complete healing
• strength and grace as I go through treatment
• the ability to recognize the many miracles around us each day (and there are many!)
• and that we continue to find smiles and joy in each and every moment

🦷✨ Tooth Talk Time! ✨🦷
We had the best time visiting Walker Elementary today for a fun and interactive Tooth Talk with the students! Our team loved sharing tips on how to keep those smiles healthy and bright. 😁💜

From brushing basics to cavity-fighting snacks, these kids asked great questions and had so much fun learning! Thank you to the school and staff for having us. We can’t wait to do it again! 🏫🪥
