It’s almost time to go back to school and the Northwest Health team was on hand over the weekend helping students and parents get prepared at the Bright Futures Siloam Springs Backpack Distribution and Panther Health and Wellness Health Fair. We spent the morning visiting with families, educators and community members sharing information on our health services in Siloam Springs and Northwest Arkansas. A huge thank you to Bright Futures for hosting this annual event in support of our community!

We spent a great afternoon visiting with everyone at the Chamber Fayetteville 2025 Washington County Education Expo today! The energy and enthusiasm for the upcoming year was contagious. Today Northwest Medical Center – Springdale held a Graduation Celebration for the Class of 2025 Summer Junior Volunteers. Teen volunteers, their families and NMC-S leadership team members were in attendance to celebrate the hard work and giving spirit of the junior volunteers while enjoying a luncheon and awards ceremony. Thank you to all of the teens who shared their summer with us – we will miss you!

The Northwest Health team lent a helping hand at the Samaritan Community Center’s BackPacks for Kids event at Arvest Ballpark where more than 4,000 children received supplies for the upcoming school year. In addition to offering information on health services, physicians and education, our team also hosted a family-fun “Operation” station during this community-wide event in Northwest Arkansas.
