We have another story for you!

A continuation of the "Growing Our Own" series. This series is a result of realizing that many of our employees have started in entry-level positions and built serious careers right here in our community. We decided the best spotlight would be to tell their stories: The people who put in the work and the culture that supported them.

Today, we are spotlighting Julia Wiltbank. Her journey is a testament to the grit it takes to build a career while raising a family. She went from answering phones at our lobby registration desk to becoming a licensed Radiologic Technologist in our Medical Imaging department.

Today, we are proud to celebrate Nikki Vickers (Nursing Administrative Assistant) and Andra Choate (Clinical Operations Assistant). Beyond their expertise and dedication to professional excellence, we also want to celebrate the fact that they have both earned the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE)! We are honored to have two administrative powerhouses such as these women amongst our ranks.

We are seeing an uptick in the occurrence of Flu, RSV, COVID, and other respiratory illnesses. We want to provide a few resources to help our community stay healthy.

As we looked around our facilities recently, we noticed many of our most skilled team members didn't arrive here with those titles. They grew into them. We realized that so many of our employees have started in entry-level positions and built serious careers right here in our community. As we sought out a new way to spotlight our team, we decided the best spotlight would be to tell their stories. The people who put in the work and the culture that supported their rise.
This series is called "Growing Our Own" and Brandon’s journey is the perfect place to start. He went from stocking shelves to becoming a Certified Professional Coder in our Business Office.

We lit the star last night! We love getting to "Empower" the spirit of Christmas. Besides, the hike never disappoints! It's one we definitely look forward too.

It was a privilege to light the flat top star last night. It felt like we were helping to carry the spirit of Christmas to our community. From our Family to yours, Merry Christmas and healthy Holidays!
We started this tradition last year of lighting the flat top star in celebration of being selected as the 2024 rural Health Care community star. We were excited to continue that tradition again this year!

Santa made a special trip to visit us today!!
He came all the way down from the North pole to spread some holiday cheer to our staff and it was exactly what we needed!
Don't worry, we definitely put in a good word for our community while he was here 😉

We upgraded again!
There is a common misconception that you have to drive to the city to get access to the newest technology, We respectfully disagree.

This weekend, the Round Valley Elks did more than just win a state championship; they showed us exactly what happens when a group of young men commits to something bigger than themselves.
We all know the scoreboard resets, But the character required to get there, the discipline to wake up early, the resilience to get up after a hard hit, and the willingness to play for the teammate standing next to you, that lasts forever.
To the Class of 2025 and the entire roster: We are incredibly proud of the trophy you brought back home. But we are even more proud of the standard you have set for the next generation of athletes watching you from the stands and live streams. We watched you give your all and we couldn't be prouder of your effort.
