✨Sound Healing Event ✨

Sound healing is a meditation technique that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked chakras, or unexpressed emotions , are a main source of dis-ease. Sound Healing can be both a passive and participatory experience. Your practitioner will use a combination of gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks and other vibrational sounds/instruments to help guide you through a healing meditation.
