We recently got a flyer in the mail saying we were awarded “Best Massage Therapist of 2025” by a company we’ve never heard of… 🧐

Spoiler alert: it’s a scam. These “awards” are pay-to-claim schemes that target small businesses — and we see them all the time.

While we’re flattered (we do work hard 💪), we want to be transparent. There was no vote, no nomination, no real vetting process.

We’re sharing this to raise a little awareness — because these kinds of scams can be misleading, and too many great local businesses fall for them thinking it's real recognition.

At R+R, we’ll stick to earning our praise the honest way: through your pain relief, recovery, and glowing reviews.

• 60 min – $85
• 90 min – $120
• 120 min – $170
• 150 min – $205

🎉 Big News About Michelle! 🎉

Our amazing lead therapist, Michelle, is stepping further into her leadership role here at R+R! 💪✨

In addition to providing top-notch clinical care, Michelle will now be taking on more administrative responsibilities to help support our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We're so proud of the growth she’s shown and the commitment she brings to both her clients and our practice.

As she shifts into this new role, Michelle’s schedule is changing a bit to make room for her new duties. While she will no longer be working Sundays, we’re excited to announce that she is now offering appointments on Wednesdays!

🗓️ Michelle’s Updated Hours:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: Off
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: Off

We’ll be making this transition gradually throughout June, and Michelle’s final Sunday in the clinic will be June 22nd. We encourage her regular Sunday clients to begin booking on her new available days as soon as possible.
