Giving you some Saturday Motivation! 🔥 Meet our January Burn Beast of the Month Maria 💥 At 65 years young, she is crushing Burn workouts multiple times a week! She proves the statement “age is just a number”!

“My journey at Burn began in September 2023 after months of recovering from a very extensive surgery in Brazil. My daughter Ursula had “invited” me to go with her and kept telling me how good it was for her, and how good it would be for me too.

When I started, I felt very heavy, weak and completely out of shape. I remember losing my breath just from climbing stairs. My back hurt a lot, and my joints hurt terribly. I was never a sedentary woman, but the six months I spent recovering were extremely difficult for me, both physically and mentally.

Then Burn changed everything. Little by little, my strength returned, and my body has been transforming ever since. It feels like a restart both physically and mentally. My energy has renewed, my drive is limitless and I found confidence I didn’t know I still had.
Today I do exercises I never imagined I would be able to do in my life.

I truly love being at Burn. Being able to work out with my daughter, even though she gets on my nerves a lot😂, being with her, my best friend, and so many other strong women, only motivates me more and more. Burn has been a complete blessing.”
