Feeling pain in a workout?

Here are 3 steps to take:

1) Ask yourself if the pain is tolerable and temporary. If YES, then keep moving💪🏼

2) Modify the workout! If you can get your pain to a tolerable level with modifications, great! Keep moving💪🏼

3) Seek help. If no modifications improve your pain, reach out to a professional for help getting rid of that pain for good.

Without an acute injury or recent surgery, it is most often OKAY to work through a little discomfort in a workout as long as the pain is tolerable, temporary and not worrysome.
