Caregiver, Tracy Rogers with Addus HomeCare is the true definition of that heart. He treats his patients like family, going above and beyond in ways that do not go unnoticed. Our clinicians have witnessed his kindness firsthand and have been raving about him for quite some time. ❤️

Today, it was a privilege to recognize someone who could not be more deserving of this award.

There may have been a few tears shed as we shared the countless stories of his outstanding care. 🥹
