As many of you have seen, we're restructuring following the closure of our Urbana studio. While this week still features some of your favorite tried-and-true classes, we're busy creating a fresh schedule with new offerings beginning next week!

As we head into summer, we're taking the first week of June to do a little restructuring and planning behind the scenes.

We're working on a refreshed class schedule and can't wait to share what's coming next. Our updated summer schedule will be released soon, with classes resuming the week of June 7th.

We're also excited to introduce a new offering or two!🧘‍♀️✨

Join Sunflower Yoga and Awaken Hearts for a peaceful evening of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation at Veterans Park Amphitheater.

Bring your yoga mat, water, and an open heart as we gather outdoors to move, breathe, stretch, and unwind in nature. This gentle, all-levels yoga practice will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath experience designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with the present moment.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this special community event offers an opportunity to slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty of summer with others.

As we enjoy time with family and friends, we also pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
