Today our residents truly enjoyed their Noon Spoon Social with a delicious before-lunch appetizer of homemade chicken and rice soup — made especially by our wonderful dietary staff. The laughter, conversation, and comforting flavors made it the perfect way to start our afternoon together.

Our residents had a great time learning more about our hometown of Springfield, Missouri and sharing memories of the places and history that make our community so special. It was a beautiful way to spark conversation, connection, and hometown pride.

And of course, what’s a Missouri celebration without tasting one of our local favorites? 😋 They even got to enjoy some of Missouri’s finest cuisine — cashew chicken!

Our residents and staff had an absolute blast celebrating Mardi Gras! From festive beads and bright colors to delicious treats and plenty of laughter, the day was filled with joy and smiles all around.
