We’re hosting a relaxed backyard yoga session to honor the energy of the solstice and support one of our amazing therapists who’s just become a certified yoga instructor! 🧘‍♀️

✨ Come anytime. Stay as long as you like. No pressure. No rules. Just good vibes.
Bring your yoga mat and move at your own pace — or simply come hang out and soak it in.

🍉 Snacks + Refreshments will be provided — $5 for food, the rest is donation-based.
Your presence supports a local healer starting a new path — and we’re so grateful for your energy.

🌿 Short notice, but open to all — clients, friends, neighbors. Everyone’s welcome!
