Spring is a season of growth… but let’s be honest—it can also feel a little all over the place.
One day it’s sunshine, the next it’s storms, and somehow your mood follows right along with it.

If you’re feeling the weight of inconsistent weather patterns or still fighting those seasonal sads, you’re not alone. Healing and energy don’t always bloom overnight—sometimes they come in waves, just like the season.

Today, give yourself permission to:
• Move gently with your energy
• Step outside when you can (even if it’s just for a few minutes)
• Let go of the pressure to feel “better” just because it’s spring

But sometimes… it’s just an overwhelmed nervous system.

Before you assume the day is “cursed,” check in:

🧠 Did you sleep enough?
🥤 Have you had water today?
🍽 Did you eat consistently?
📱 Have you been overstimulated?
💭 Are old stressors resurfacing?

Not everything is bad luck.
Sometimes it’s burnout.
Sometimes it’s anxiety.
Sometimes it’s unprocessed stress.

On this Friday the 13th, instead of fearing the day —
try regulating your system.

✨ Slow your breathing
✨ Step outside for fresh air
✨ Reduce input
✨ Offer yourself compassion
✨ Ground your body
