We offer traditional PT services as well as dry needling and Graston.

📣MEET OUR TEAM!📣

Everyone welcome Sarah Bailey who is another one of our newest additions to the team! She is a physical therapy assistant who graduated from Lincoln Land Community College PTA program and has been a PTA for 26 years. She worked in outpatient before, although recently came from the rehab unit at Lewis Memorial Christian Village.

She has worked with mostly the geriatric population. She is also excited to come onboard at Physio, and we are thrilled to have her a part of our team! Sarah will be working both on the west side clinic and downtown.

Happy Physical Therapy Month! 💪🏼

Did you know of all of the benefits of physical therapy? It is more than just simple stretching and strengthening.

Although we help our patients decrease their pain and recover from injury or surgery, we also can help our patients prevent further or repeated injuries or certain orthopedic surgeries in the future through hands on manual therapy, patient specific dynamic exercises and education to improve your quality of life.

We provide therapy for patients of all age ranges and many varying conditions including:

* Spine, upper and lower extremity pain/injuries
* Post-surgical rehabilitation
* Sports and running related injuries
* Balance disorders
* Neurological conditions
* Vestibular dysfunction
* Women’s health conditions

Several of our therapists are also certified in dry needling, which can help further assist the healing process.

It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we announce our Shelby girl crossed over the rainbow bridge earlier this week. She lived a long and happy 13 years.

We were fortunate to be able to bring her to work everyday where she greeted each and every one of our patients at the door. She was by far our best worker and she even developed her own fan club as she comforted those in pain. She would beg to go to “work” even on the weekends. She brought so much joy and love to our lives as well as to so many others in our community.

Her health took a sudden turn over the weekend, and we knew her body was failing her. We gave her the best last day, and she remained smiling and begging for treats up until the very end.

Thank you to every one of our patients and neighbors in the downtown community who visited Shelby, fed her a million treats and loved her as much as we did. 💛
