What a beautiful day for bird watching!

Our group had the wonderful opportunity to visit a resident’s family property for a truly special experience—watching the Purple Martins return for the season! These amazing birds travel back every spring and nest in the charming houses that have been thoughtfully built just for them. We enjoyed the fresh air, peaceful scenery, and the joy of seeing these birds up close before they make their journey to South America later this summer.

We’re excited to invite our community partners to join us for the 2026 Elfindale Walk N Roll on Saturday, June 6th at 11:30 AM starting at The Manor at Elfindale!

This fun, rockin’ event benefits Vetter Gives and will feature live music by the Brent Hendrix Band, showcases our great community atmosphere, and provides an opportunity to come together for a meaningful cause.

Participants and vendors will receive complimentary lunch, and rock n roll attire/accessories are encouraged! 🎶

What a fantastic Easter celebration! Residents and their families enjoyed a special visit from the Easter Bunny, a festive Easter egg hunt, cotton candy from Melissa Seasons Hospice Springfield and an amazing magic show with Marty! So many smiles, laughs, and sweet memories made together—we love days like this!

One of our community’s favorite entertainers, Isaac, truly is a jack of all trades! While the smell of fresh-baked cookies filled the room, he kept us smiling and singing along with some great tunes.

Nothing better than enjoying live music while waiting on a sweet treat—what a wonderful afternoon!
