So grateful for this dream team of practitioners and another successful DeStress Fest at Missouri State University! Each semester, the week before finals begin, Wellness Collective and friends have the privilege of offering massage sessions to students, faculty & staff, at all made possible by In one day, we serve around 120 people and meet so many others as they pass through. Best of luck to all of our friends at MSU as you wrap up your finals this week. We hope that you’re still feeling relaxed and “destressed” as another semester comes to a close!

Is it Friday yet?! We can’t wait to GROOVE with .movement 💃🏻 The Groove DANCEfloor is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience.
With great music, your facilitator will UNITE everyone in a simple movement or rhythm but you get to dance it your own UNIQUE way. While exploring a variety of styles and genres, we encourage you to enjoy and feel good in your body, every step along the way.
