Join us at The Meyer Center tomorrow for our monthly health talk and walk!

In preparation for the wintry holiday seasons, we will share tips about how stay healthy and safe through the travel days!

Just a reminder, if you are not a member of The Meyer Center, no worries! This is still a free community event! You will just need to bring your ID and fill out a quick form before walking.

We will be meeting just inside the main entrance, near the Subway, and will be walking the indoor track upstairs. See you tomorrow!

Today our senior residents gathered for Meaning in Medicine - supporting one another by listening to shared struggles and celebrating the (many) successes they have experienced lately. They also reflected on the unexpected lessons of their 3rd year thus far - the moments that stretched them, surprised them, and revealed new strengths. As Alan Watts reminded us, "The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance." This incredible group of resident physicians has done exactly that as they lead the residency through change and prepare for change in their own lives! - Lindsay
