Meaning in Medicine with our amazing intern class yesterday afternoon! Over some ice cream and coffee, we talked about the many lessons that intern year has taught them about the doctors they are and desire to be. Sometimes we don't recognize the growth and change happening inside of us until we take a minute to reflect. I'm thankful for this wonderful group of reflective, honest, caring, and talented physicians! - Lindsay

Springfield Community Gardens and Dr. Katie from Open Field Health Collaborative recently delivered fresh, locally grown produce to Aging Matters in Doniphan, Missouri, featuring vegetables from Root 54 Farm, Box Turtle Farm, and our own SCG Market Garden.

Partnerships like this help connect doctors, and local farms and counties across the Ozarks with senior nutrition programs, making sure fresh, healthy food reaches the people we care about. We’re grateful to work alongside so many amazing growers and community partners to strengthen our local food system and support our seniors.
