Crystals are all the hype lately. Have you ever asked what is all the fuss about? They are pretty, decorative and trendy. But what is so special about them? Well they not only create the technology used in watches they also create the technology we use for not only smart technology, but for the internet in itself! More importantly than the physcial aspect, or the technology they create crystals are a scientific enolome at the moment. They are being studied by scientists because they have a lifeforce energy that cant be exlained by science. This makes them scientifically a living entity. They emit healing energies that aid in human health. They are divinely created and when used for good can do a lot of nurturing to the world. Their frequency when next to ours pairs our frequency to its frequency so that we can fix our energy when it is disturbed throughout the day. Once ours matches its frequency it allows us to feel the good feelings we need to feel to mainta8n that vibration on our own. Certain low vibrations can cause diseases and mental health issues. These higher frequencies emitted from crystals can help us elevate ours during times of contrast, grief etc so we can raise ours to a healthier emotional and mental state of being and maintain ot on our own when necessary.
Here is an introduction to some crystals on my personal go to list. Although each one has many properties here are some of their properties.
My go to stones for protection are as follows. One of many favorites for protection is black tourmaline. Usually my first choice for protection. Especially when doong house cleansings or going to a place I know may be common to have invasive and or unclean entities and energies. Other favorite in the protection stone category also include pyrite and Smokey quartz (which repell bad energies and rasise frequency). Another Picture Jasper is pretty high on my list which is also very grounding and promotes creativity. Another favorite protection stone that is also grounding and good for the sacral and solar plexus Chakras are pyrite aka fools gold and Tigers eye both protect, enhance confidence, and abundance. Both bring grounding with prompte mental clarity. Pyrite is good for willpower along with Amethyst. Amethyst is known for helping with sobriety and pyrite helps with creativity similar to pictures Jasper.
My favorite nurturing stones, good for healing trauma, are amethyst, rhodonite and rosequartz. With gentle nurturing energies. Amethyst cleanses energy protects and nurtures. Rose quartz and Rhodonite heal the heart chakra and nurture.
My favorite for uplifting the blues is citrine. Blue Lace aggate helps with promoting healthy calm communication, patience, and control over anger etc
For intuition Im partial to Moonstone, Labradorate, Lapis Lazuli (which also helps with bone disorders), Amethyst, Clear Quartz( the conductor, amplifier and master healer) and Blue Kyanite( the cleanser of energy and Chakra alignment stone)
My favorites for balance and purity are Mother of Pearl and Jade. Now Jade does not only promote those qualities but is also another protection stone. Jade also promotes luck, health abundance and good fortune silimar to Citrine but what sets thrm apart is Cintrine cleanses itself and otjer stones etc.
