Chiropractic care isn’t just for one person in the family… it’s a family thing!

When the nervous system is supported, things feel different for everyone.

Mom's have more patience, less overwhelm, and a body that doesn’t feel so on edge all the time.

Kids sleep better, they are more regulated, and more comfortable in their bodies.

Dad's feel less tension, fewer aches, and recover faster.

When one person starts feeling better, it makes a difference, but when the whole family is supported, stress is easier to manage and everyone has more capacity for what matters most... each other 💚

That’s what we mean when we say this care is for the whole family 🫶

Chiropractic adjustments support your nervous system by improving communication between the brain and body, helping your system shift out of that constant “on edge” state and into a calmer, more regulated one.

When that happens, things like sleep, digestion, mood, muscle tension, pregnancy adaptation, and anxiety often start to feel a whole lot easier!

Ready to book your first adjustment? I’d love to meet you! Head to the link in our bio or send us a DM with any questions 💮

Colic is often labeled as “normal”… but that doesn’t mean nothing is going on.

When a baby is crying excessively, struggling with digestion, or having a hard time settling, it can be a sign that their nervous system is overwhelmed or under stress.

Birth itself is a significant physical and neurological experience. Even when everything goes “right,” a baby’s body is still adapting to a brand new environment.

And the nervous system doesn’t just wait for things to pass, it adapts based on the stress it’s experiencing, which is why early support for babies matters so much!

When we help reduce tension and support nervous system regulation, we’re giving babies the ability to function, grow, and develop with more ease instead of just hoping symptoms fade over time 🌸

Questions?👇

04/17/2026

No, chiropractic care is NOT just for pain relief (although it does that too!!)

The “side effects” we hear about most:

💚 I’m finally sleeping through the night
💚 My baby is so much more settled
💚 I don’t feel as anxious or overwhelmed
💚 I actually have mental energy to play with my kids again

When your nervous system is supported, life starts to shift ✨

There’s a lot of focus on preparing for birth… but not nearly enough on what happens after.

If you have recently had a c-section, you know the recovery is physical, emotional, and often more challenging than many moms expect. That’s exactly why we created a C-section recovery guide.

Find out what to expect postpartum, how to support your body as it heals, ways to reduce tension and discomfort, how to care for your scar, and how to set yourself up for a smoother recovery.

It's Cesarean Awareness Month! Here's everything you need to know about c-section recovery in our c-section recovery guide!

Last week, my patient walked in the door and started dropping 'sorrys' before I even had a chance to say hello.

The kids were in pajamas, her shirt had a mystery stain on it, and she was clearly feeling overwhelmed. She told me this was her get-as-much-done-as-possible day, but as the hours dragged on, each task felt more impossible than the last.

But something about this whole interaction felt wrong... and it had nothing to do with how she looked or how the day was going.

She was wrong in thinking she needed to apologize for taking up space.
For coming in and not feeling like her best self.
For not having the kids dressed to the nines and feeling like she needed to explain herself.

If you are a current or future patient of mine, I need you to know that I see you. I see the you beyond the babies in your arms, the mystery stains on your shirts, and your endless to-do lists.

I see that you're a woman just trying to do right by herself and her family by carving out a little time in the week to take care of everyone. There is no expectation here to be anything other than who you are right now in this moment.

My job is to help you feel better than when you came in - like you can actually take a deep breath without your chest collapsing because your nervous system is supported.

Messy bun, tired eyes, kids in pajamas and all... you are always welcome here 🫶

Allergy season is here 🤧

Some people barely notice, while others are dealing with constant congestion, itchy eyes, runny noses, sinus pressure, and kids who can’t stop sneezing.

A lot of how you react comes down to how well your nervous and immune systems respond to allergens in the air.

When your nervous system is under stress, your body can overreact to things like pollen, dust, and seasonal changes. That’s when symptoms feel more intense, linger longer, and are harder to manage.

Chiropractic care supports the nervous system by improving communication between the brain and body, so that your body can better regulate inflammation, process environmental stressors, and respond more appropriately to things like allergens.

If you need extra nervous system support during allergy season, we’d love to see you! 💮

Cesarean Awareness Month was created to empower and uplift... but also to advocate.

In 2022, 1 in 3 births were cesarean births. While a C-section can be a lifesaving and necessary procedure, it is too often used and suggested without clear evidence of improved maternal or infant outcomes.

During this month, we want to honor and recognize the strong women who have had c-sections bringing their babies earthside, and also advocate for prenatal education, prenatal support (via birth classes, doulas, and educated partners) who help to reduce c-section rates, and encourage VBACs in mothers with prior cesarean births.

Together, we can support women in feeling informed, confident, and empowered in their birth decisions, while working toward better outcomes for moms and babies 🫶

Everyone keeps telling you to “just keep trying.”... but you have been trying. For days. Maybe weeks. And nothing is changing.

Feeding feels a battle when your baby cries, arches, and refuses one side. You’re exhausted, stressed, worrying about your supply, and just trying to make this work.

But you need to know that it is NOT trying harder - it’s about figuring out what is going on to cause the problem.

Here are some of the most common things we see in babies with a side preference:

👉 Tension in the neck, jaw, or shoulders, making certain feeding positions uncomfortable

👉 Oral ties or restrictions (that also cause tension and discomfort)

👉 Nervous system stress from birth or positioning, making it harder for your baby to relax

When we release the tension and tightness baby is experiencing with craniosacral therapy and chiropractic adjustments, feeding feels better for both of you 🫶

Hallelujah, HE IS RISEN INDEED 🙏

Today we celebrate the One who brings life where there was once waiting and peace where there was heaviness.

Because of Jesus, we have hope that never runs out ✝️
