I don't know about all of you but this extreme cold and ice has really limited my ability to be outside and move as I typically do daily. I was so grateful this morning to be able to go to Century Fitness and get in the pool for my own aerobic and strength workout... It felt so good to move and jump around and stretch and breathe! Find joy in the little things... Now it's time to teach Yoga 💞
