Hey everyone, Mindfulness Monday starts now! Every Monday, we’ll take just a few minutes to reset – no equipment, no supplements, no stress. Just breath.
Today’s reminder: You don’t need an hour of meditation to feel a shift. Take five minutes to breathe. That’s it. Close your eyes. Inhale deeply. Exhale slowly. Repeat. It’s okay if your mind starts to wander, when you notice that happening, just gently bring your attention back to your breath.
This week’s challenge:
Set a 5-minute timer, find a quiet space, and just breathe. No expectations. No judgment. Just you and your breath.
