Autumn is a time when the yang energy of summer declines and the yin energy of winter inclines. By leaning into the principles of nature, we can incorporate proper foods and practices to make this transition easier.

As the leaves begin to fall, the branches of the trees are revealed. Our vision of the sky clears and we can learn how letting go can open us up to higher visions of the heavens.

🍁 Due to some traveling and the holidays, November is different; so come get your fill on the SUNDAY before Thanksgiving!

🌲 Saturday, December 20th is going to be a special occasion, so stay tuned 😉
