I've recently done some revamping of my coaching offerings & wanted to share the details.

A COUPLE OF FAQ's:
❓ "Online or in-person?"
✅ Online! The only in-person session I currently offer is the Grocery Store Tour Guide. That is available ONLY for Springfield & the surrounding areas (Willard, Republic, Nixa, & Ozark).

❓ "How do I sign up?"
✅ Follow the Calendly link! You can pick an open slot & pay with the same link.

❓ "What if there's not a time slot that works for me?"
✅ DM/email me! We can likely work out another option.

❓ "I don't see options for the 4-pack or 8-pack of the 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions."
✅ Correct! DM/email me & I will send you the payment link. We'll discuss scheduling at that point.

❓ "Do I have to pay in full?"
✅ For 1-on-1 Sessions and the Manna & Mead Workshop, YES. For Unmasked & MindPowered, NO. Those two can be paid in 3 equal installments over the length of the course. DM/email me & I will send you the recurring payment information!

❓ "I have more questions!"

**TRAINER TIP THURSDAY!**
(mainly because I forgot to post this for Workout Wednesday...🤣)

Got 5 minutes?⌚️

One of the best things you can do with a short period of time is work on strengthening your core.

We sit a LOT.

Jobs aren't as active anymore & we spend a lot of recreational time on the couch.

This naturally leads to core weakness...simply because we aren't using those muscles!

Here's a quick core strength sequence you can do any time throughout the day to help.

5-MINUTE CORE SEQUENCE
🌟 30-sec Child's Pose to Cobra Pose **optional**
🌟 40-sec straight leg ceiling touch, 20-sec REST
🌟 40-sec toes to ceiling raise, 20-sec REST
🌟 40-sec oblique crunch (R side), 20-sec REST
🌟 40-sec oblique crunch (L side), 20-sec REST
🌟 40-sec Superman, 20-sec REST
🌟 30-sec Child's Pose to Cobra Pose **optional**

This CAN be modified up or down as needed - DM me for options.

**MOTIVATION MONDAY**
Let's talk about channeling your inner superhero to tackle the week ahead! (And, no, I'm not talking about being powered by coffee...🤣😉)

What characteristics make a superhero? 🤔

There are LOTS of suggestions out there, but most people can agree on three:
1) Powers/abilities 💪
2) Morality 😇
3) Courage 🙌

How can YOU use these to your advantage for a winning week?

FIRST - Recognize what powers & abilities you already have. Compassion, selflessness, integrity, tenacity, creativity, and optimism are a few possibilities (but there are loads more!). Look back over the past few days...where did you show strength & how might you purposefully use it this week?

SECOND - We all have a set of inner morals that we live by. They reveal what you truly VALUE. We make decisions every day that are either in line with our values...or not. Enter excuses. Excuses are how we justify making choices that go against what's important to us. Next time you start to make an excuse, ask yourself what value you're going against!

THIRD - Nelson Mandela once said: “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” Change is hard. The unknown can be scary. Rather than shrinking from it - EMBRACE IT. Get up early to hit the gym before work, even if you're afraid you'll be tired. Try a new healthy food, even if you're afraid you won't like it. How can you challenge fear this week?

By focusing on just these 3 things, you're setting yourself up to make powerful progress. You CAN do hard things!!! 💪💥
