As Su***de Awareness Month comes to a close, the work continues here at home.

In our community:
35% have had suicidal thoughts in the past year.*
54% say it’s hard to share they’re struggling.*

These aren’t just numbers. They’re our friends, neighbors, classmates and co-workers.

We believe real change starts when we talk about mental health openly, connect people to real resources and make sure no one has to navigate this alone.

If you’re ready for a new chapter, or you’re helping someone else start theirs, our updated resource hub can help you take the next step.
