It's that time of year again!!

Be on the lookout for an email from me regarding the Open Enrollment process for 2024. I will be handling things slightly different this year and it will all be outlined in the email.

Happy Friday!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce Serenity, my new assistant. She has been working alongside me since October of last year and is such a vital role in helping my business run and ensuring that all of your issues are handled in a timely manner.

She has access to my office number, 417-988-2354, so if you ever receive a text or a call from that number it's probably her trying to catch something before it becomes a bigger issue!

Other than offering administrative assistance to me she enjoys spending time outdoors, spending time with her dog and her two cats, or going to concerts with her friends and family.
