Phyllis is both a yoga instructor and Provosopnal Massage Therapist. She has graduated from WellSpring School of Allied Health and is looking forward to helping her clients take a whole-body approach to wellness. She is also aware of how life can be stressful and cause pain within the body, so she’s here to help you get relief from it! Using relaxation techniques including Swedish massage therapy

which consists of slow, rythmic, gliding strokes to calm the body. Her massage techniques shift, compress and palpate tissue which evokes a calm sense of well-being. Phyllis is best known for being everybody’s yoga instructor at many locations including YMCA and My Hot Yoga. Helping people get out of their heads and into their bodies is simply her lifestyle. Phyllis offers massage, yoga, and meditation a trifecta of passion you can literally feel. We are very thankful she chose Innovations Salon to grow and evolve her skills. Personally, she’s energetic and spends most of her time outdoors, on the water kayaking and with her family.

This coming Sunday, May 7 join Hanna Atwood for yoga in the park 💚🌳✨ Class is at Phelps Grove Park behind the tennis courts, 6-7 pm and donation based!

Hanna is a multi-style yoga teacher, sound healer, and all around space holder. In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, reading, creating art and growing food. Her personal practice began in 2007 while looking for methods to process grief and stress. With a passion for deeper knowledge, she went on to begin her first yoga teacher training in 2016, and has been teaching classes and workshops in various locations since 2017.
