✨ Hey there, new (and familiar) faces — let’s (re)introduce ourselves✨

I’m Jenni — doula, educator, advocate for empowered births and ALWAYS in my car taking someone somewhere or going to the store for more snacks… and as of April, a mama of FOUR 💛

This year has been incredibly special. We welcomed our daughter this spring, completing our family in the most beautiful (and humbling) way. She’s reminded me, once again, just how sacred, raw, and powerful the journey into motherhood really is. Her birth was an extremely liberating, healing, and empowering way for me to transition from the chapter of my life of having babies, to raising them.

Golden Hour Doula Services was born from a deep desire to support mothers seeking an authentic and empowering birth experience- whether you’re preparing for your first birth or your fifth, navigating fertility questions, or just need someone in your corner.

I offer both in-person and virtual support that’s grounded in connection, and real-life experience. From birth plans and natural comfort techniques to emotional check-ins and postpartum care — it’s all about you and your needs. My goal is always to help facilitate the birth you envision for yourself!

Motherhood is a constant teacher. Becoming a mom of four deepened my understanding of birth in ways that I never imagined could. It’s one thing to support others — it’s another to have the honor of being invited into the scared space of bringing a new life into the world.

My own experience fuels my passion for helping families prepare emotionally and physically for birth, especially partners who want to show up confidently but don’t know how.

She’s baaaaack! 🙌🏻💕 I’m doing some work on my website currently but message me directly if you’re interested in scheduling a consultation for birth services in 2025! My birth availability is open for the later half of the year after my maternity leave and some bonding with our new little one. Hello winter and hello 2025!! It’s been quite a while since I posted any updates on my professional page and I thought I should update everyone, and let you know I’m still here!

Baby G and I are doing well now…we’ve had a bit of a rocky road for a while during the first part of my pregnancy, and now that everything has calmed down a little, I’ve been soaking in the holiday warmth and embracing this winter as a calm, quiet season of waiting! I hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas, and has taken a little time to slow down and enjoy life!

I’ll be posting soon about some services I’ve decided to keep offering throughout the remainder of my pregnancy that I’m very excited about!

Thank you for making 2024 a memorable year of growth (both personal and business wise), love, and exciting opportunities! I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store and to hopefully reach more families expecting new additions in the latter half of the year after baby girl is settled in!
