                                            For my swimmers and all athletes a nice electrolyte recipe 🍹 
At home "Gatorade" makes 1Liter:
4 C water
3 C coconut water
1 C juice (pomegranate/cranberry...)
2TBS honey
Pinch salt or 1/4tsp (equal parts of Celtic, Himalayan, Ionized and sea salt)
