Happy solstice ☀️

We’ve finally made it! Longer days, warmth is coming & I’m seeing buds on the trees. This is the time to reconnect with the resolutions you thought about at the beginning of the year. I plant the seeds in January & really start to push into them in the spring. My headspace is clearer, I feel more human & live for fresh air & open windows

Go outside, soak in some sunshine & take deep breath🩷

What better way to celebrate than to post about mine and Courtney’s workshop coming up! We will be at Resolute 937 next weekend bringing back one of our favorite workshops! Think 2000’s playlist, massage adjustments & a perfectly balanced yoga flow. We hope to see you there!

Following the wheel of the year, today is the first day of midwinter. It’s the beginning of the 12 days of Yule, running into what is now New Year’s Day. We are in the darkest day of the year & taking these next 12 to focus in. To rest, eat & take care of ourselves. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know that we weren’t ever meant to stress, overspend & run ourselves into the ground for the sake of a holiday stamped over what was once Yule. Take care of you🖤

Being a Cancer sun, I do my best to appreciate the colder seasons, but knowing from this point on it gets a little bit lighter each day feels so nice. I’ll be spending today taking it easy, enjoying time with my husband while he is home.

Today I had the privilege of working with GoatCountry LLC at Jacob Coy Middle School. This is just the 6th grade! We worked with a combined total of around 1000 kids & they had the best time trying yoga & playing with goats.

Forever thankful to be apart of such a fun group & having the job of my dreams🩷

We hope everyone is enjoying their day doing their favorite Sunday things! Gentry is napping, I’m catching up on house work & if I’m lucky I’ll get a little yoga flow in.

With having G- I’ve decided taking on a dedicated weekly class at a studio isn’t in the cards for me right now. What I’ve chosen to do instead is sub when I can & get back into taking Thai yoga massage clients!

I’ll be subbing a slow flow yoga class at Sunflower yoga on 10/30. I’ll also be at Resolute937 on 10/25 during their Halloween boot camp to answer questions & hangout! Blended by J will be there & we all know she’s 🔥

Come flow with me next Monday, hangout with all of us this coming Wednesday, & schedule a Thai yoga massage to help keep you feeling ✨good✨
