As of March 31st, 2025, Central Illinois Kidney and Dialysis will be permanently closed. If you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911.

The physicians and staff practicing at 3401 Conifer Drive will remain at this location and affiliate with SIU Healthcare, effective April 1, 2025. During this transitional period, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we train staff and update phone and billing services.
To reach SIU Nephrology, please call 217-545-8000 and leave a message. We will make every effort to return calls and continue providing care to our current patients.
We hope you will choose to continue your medical care with us as we transition to SIU Healthcare-Nephrology.

This outage effects our clinic here in Springfield. We are a community connect client with HSHS. We are doing our best to continue to treat patients. Do not hesitate to call the office if you have questions. We will do our best to assist you.

Due to weather and road conditions, our office will be closed on Friday December 23rd 2022. We will reopen on Tuesday December 27th 2022 at 8:00 am.
