Starting employment doesn’t mean jumping in before you’re ready. Pre-vocational support is about building confidence, skills, and clarity—at your pace.

It can help you:
✔ identify your strengths and interests
✔ build routines and work readiness
✔ practice communication and self-advocacy
✔ explore employment options without pressure

There’s no “right” timeline. Progress looks different for everyone, and support is meant to meet you where you are—not rush you to the finish line.
Small steps count. And they add up!
