We wrapped up National Nursing Home Week with hearts full of gratitude after spending the week surrounded by delicious food, endless laughter, fun activities, and the people who make this place so special. From our amazing staff to our wonderful residents, every moment reminded us why Magnolia Square feels like home.

🌺 Aloha from Day 4 of Nursing Home Week at Magnolia Square! 🌴☀️

Today was packed with fun, food, and friendly competition! Our residents and staff enjoyed tasty Hawaiian ham sliders, delicious cookies provided by Compassus Hospice, and an unforgettable staff vs. resident volleyball game! 🏐🍍🍪

From cheering each other on to sharing laughs together, today was all about making memories and celebrating the amazing people who make Magnolia Square feel like family. We are soaking up every moment of Nursing Home Week! 💛🌺

Lunch today was a total comfort food win thanks to Access Hospice! 🍝✨ They spoiled us with lasagna and chicken alfredo, and it definitely put smiles on everyone’s faces. Day 3 of Nursing Home Week was full of warm smiles, full bellies, and lots of caffeine! ☀️🤎 Staff enjoyed a big breakfast with biscuits & gravy and iced coffee served in souvenir cups to-go! Boris the Maine C**n came to visit for pet therapy, and let’s just say… he had the residents wrapped around his giant fluffy paws! From cuddles and purrs to nonstop smiles, Boris was the star of the show at Magnolia Square. We’re pretty sure he left with a few new best friends and lots of extra love!

We kicked off Nursing Home Week with Sports Day and a whole lot of fun! A huge thank you to St. Croix for treating our staff to an amazing dirty soda bar — the perfect pick-me-up! 🥤✨

This Mother’s Day at Magnolia Square, we celebrated our beautiful residents with a special glamour shot photoshoot day! Each resident truly shined in front of the camera. It was such a joy capturing the beauty, strength, grace, and love these wonderful women carry every single day.

The laughter, confidence, and sweet moments shared made this Mother’s Day one to remember. We are so thankful to celebrate the incredible mothers, grandmothers, and role models who make Magnolia Square feel like family. ❤️

Day 2 of Nurses Week was a sweet reminder of just how lucky we are to have nurses who lead with heart, compassion, and dedication every single day. From passing meds to passing out smiles, our team does it all with love for our residents at the center of everything they do.
