This is it! It seems so simple and so many of my clients have such a difficult time recognizing and practicing this understanding. I do too on some days 😆💙
Just as clouds float through the sky, our emotions come and they go. That is their nature. (Have you ever noticed how many emotions pass through your mind in a day, or even in an hour?)
Gentle reminder: you are much bigger and more vast than any emotion or emotional state (sad, angry, happy, elated…). Our goal is not to fixate/try to control one or the other, but to remember that our inner strength/calm develops when we can watch our emotions instead of getting entangled in them

Breathe, walk, move, connect - you have the tools to connect back to your peace. Have them nearby whenever you need to recenter.
