My Hot Yoga is located in the newly renovated Southern Hills Shopping Center and hosts two beautiful studios. The HOT STUDIO offers a variety of diverse classes weekly including deep stretch (yin yoga), power yoga, vinyasa, yoga sculpt and barre. The NON-HOT STUDIO offers hatha yoga, beginner and intermediate aerial yoga classes. MHY has a wonderful and knowledgeable team of instructors. The studio is equipped with full service men's and women's locker rooms including spa towels and more. MHY for many is a home away from home, a place to feel warmth, relaxation, wellness and peace. Time to press "PAWS" on the hustle and bustle and slow things down a bit! Our donation based class benefiting Rescue One is this evening (Tuesday, December 16th) from 7:00 to 8:00pm in our non-heated studio. Enjoy a yin yoga practice blended with myofascial release and self massage for a lovely hour of self-care.

Rescue One is a foster-based animal rescue here in Springfield. They do so much good for our community by finding homes and providing medical care for animals in need.

We have two special events at the studio this week!

Join us Tuesday evening for a donation based class benefitting Rescue One. This class combines yin yoga with myofascial release and self massage. This one will be in the non-heated studio from 7:00 to 8:00pm. The teachers are donating their time and the studio is donating the studio time. 100% of donations will go straight to Rescue One!

Adrienne and Courtney will be hosting the Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga session on Wednesday, December 17th. This one is also in the non-heated studio from 7:00 to 8:00pm. Enjoy an hour of yoga designed to calm the nervous system through mindfully selected supported poses all while being bathed with the sounds of Adrienne's crystal signing bowls and he assortment of instruments.

There are only two hammocks available for our Hammock Sound Journey and Guided Meditation this Thursday evening at 7:00pm! Reserve your spot on our website or through the Mindbody app.

We are also offering up our Restorative Yoga and Piloxing SSP classes for free in November! No membership needed. Just save yourself a spot online or drop in!

Both classes are in our non-heated studio. Restorative is Tuesday evening at 5:30pm with Elise Ferrer and Piloxing SSP is Saturday at 11:00am with Wendy Good.
