There are only two hammocks available for our Hammock Sound Journey and Guided Meditation this Thursday evening at 7:00pm! Reserve your spot on our website or through the Mindbody app.

We are also offering up our Restorative Yoga and Piloxing SSP classes for free in November! No membership needed. Just save yourself a spot online or drop in!

Both classes are in our non-heated studio. Restorative is Tuesday evening at 5:30pm with Elise Ferrer and Piloxing SSP is Saturday at 11:00am with Wendy Good.

A fresh batch of mats and towels just arrived and are in stock! Manduka Pro Lite mats come with a lifetime guarantee and they color coordinate with the Yogitoes and eQua towels so well.

We also have local honey from one of our beekeeping students! Her hives are less than three miles from the studio. It doesn’t get more local than that!

🍁 Gentle Partner Thai & Hammock Yoga with Adrienne and Courtney is this evening at 7:00pm. There are still hammocks available for you and your friend or loved one.

🍁 We are offering our Restorative Yoga on Tuesday night and Piloxing SSP on Saturday morning for FREE all month long! Join Larissa Herrington tonight in the non-heated studio for Restorative Yoga at 5:30pm. No membership needed!

All November long, we're collecting donations for Ozarks Food Harvest and Rescue One! Check out the graphic for the items needed for each organization and feel free to drop off your donations at the studio. Bins are set up in the front of the non-heated studio.

Together, we can make a difference in our community by helping those in need.

The Bass Pro Marathon and Half Marathon is this weekend! Check out the race course and plan ahead if you’re joining us for yoga Subday morning. Part of the route winds through Southern Hills.

We have Deep Stretch at 9:00am and Hot 60 at 10:30am on Sunday morning.
