Fire at my office building… cameras in the parking lot saw a person drive up late Tuesday night, sneak down underneath the building, climb back out again, and waited by their car until a blaze erupted from the underside of the building. Then the arson jumped in their car and sped away.
I tried, for a bit, to understand the possible motives and then realized I may never reach that point.
I suspect it has something to do with their descending and sigmoid colon though…. Not enough good quality elimination in their lives!

The Master Hugh Milne D.O., myself, and another student watching on while someone practices finding the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve as it exits through the supraorbital notch or foramen. It is amazing what I can remember, see, feel, and incorporate through some of these past learning experiences. Watching others find and work with the minutia and having global significance is humbling.

Demonstration of how to locate and work with the very important structure of the GON - greater occipital nerve -
Its root just lateral to C2 and a superficial branch emerging through the trapezius muscle near the attachment just lateral to the external occipital protuberance.

Some contacts are trickier than others. As practitioners it is good to have multiple approaches, both for support of the client and ourselves. This is one modification to a basic sacral contact. It allows practitioners, who haven't adopted a lower table into their practice, to achieve a balanced sacral release without sacrificing their body.

Every session is unique. Each completion phase has its own harmonic tone. When we work with the body, we change it's relationship to gravity. In adjusting the body's relationship to gravity we give it a chance to appropriate gravity. In balanced appropriation of gravity, our bodies can experience lift or upward/upright-ness. In imbalance, our body may feel heavy or weighed down.
