If today feels heavier than you can carry…
If the noise of the world feels too loud, too fast, too overwhelming…
If you’re exhausted from pretending you’re okay…
Please pause for a moment and breathe.
If you’re feeling like you don’t belong here, like you’re alone, or like it would be easier to disappear — I want you to know something very clearly:
You matter.
Your life has value.
Your feelings are real, and they deserve to be heard.
You are not a burden. Not now. Not ever.
The weight you’re carrying may be heavy, but you are not the weight.
Even if your mind is telling you that no one cares — that voice is lying to you. There are people who love you, people who would be shattered without you, people who want to sit with you in the dark until you can see light again.
You do not have to go through this alone.
I am here as well.
If you need someone to talk to, sit in silence, vent, cry, or just not feel so alone. Please reach out. Call a friend. Text someone you trust. Walk into a safe space. Message someone. Let someone in. You are allowed to ask for help. You are allowed to need support.
