Many believe that "Massages" are just for "pampering", or "special occasions", but that is not true! 💆‍♀️Massage is something everyone can benefit from, no matter their situation. It's not only about relaxation.

My heart is just overfilled with joy and emotions.🥰

Over the past year and a half, I have had the privilege of working with a client who initially approached massage therapy with a focus solely on relaxation, expressing hesitance towards incorporating pressure into our sessions. This continued for nearly a year, during which time my client shared their history of having suffered a stroke over a decade ago. Understanding the delicate nature of their condition, I gradually introduced Therapeutic and Lymphatic massage techniques. In January of this year, emphasizing their potential benefits. Today marked a significant breakthrough in our journey together. After the Lymphatic massage session, my client experienced an emotional release, leading to a heartfelt crying session together. Remarkably, they reported feeling pressure and heat from my hands just slightly above their eyebrow—a monumental step in their physical awareness and healing. This moment not only showcased their progress but also reinforced the importance of patience and trust in therapeutic relationships.

Zero raised and we are inundated with requests as the ONLY free service for dogs in Calhoun Co.

This is a critical service and every amount adds up.

Tito is stable but without a diagnosis; lab work is pending.

He is negative for heartworm/lymes, intestinal parasites, megaE, and no indication of a blockage based on xrays and barium. Before we dive into more and more testing we are waiting on the bloodwork results and seeing how he maintains back at home now that he's been at the vet without vomiting and eating.

He was terribly dehydrated and has gained POUNDS back in water weight alone.

He kept all of his small meals down just fine at the vet.

This may be a case of severe neglect (in the former household) or it may be a medical condition we simply haven't discovered.

Either way, progress has been made.

He is the sweetest boy, and always wiggling and smiling!

We have had a lot of vet visits the last 48hrs--ALL of which have been for other people's dogs (not our dogs in rescue). The posted amount is what we need to catch up on just the last two days.

Thank you for your exceptional support thus far💖 as that # was double that and plus some.
