All of us at Orchard Hills Pharmacy are proud of the level of service we provide. In order to continue to offer the same level of service and MORE, we are shifting some of our staff to focus on in-store service instead of calling with refill reminders.
We feel this change will allow us to have more time to help you in person with any questions or challenges you may be facing. We will always be here to speak with you if you prefer to phone in your routine prescription refills but would like to make sure you are aware of other services we now offer-
AUTO REFILL-we can set your routine meds to refill automatically when they become due, then we will notify you when your prescriptions are ready, by text message (or by phone if you prefer).
RXLOCAL App-this is a free app we offer which keeps all of your prescription information at your fingertips. It also has several other helpful features such as drug information, reminders to take your medications and order refills.
We are excited that we will soon be introducing another very helpful service in the near future.
We’ll keep you posted when we are prepared to begin offering this new service.
