🦠 What you can do to prevent the flu:
✔️ Get your flu vaccine – it’s the best protection
✔️ Wash your hands often with soap and water
✔️ Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow
✔️ Avoid close contact with people who are sick
✔️ Stay home if you feel unwell to help stop the spread
✔️ Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
🤒 Flu symptoms may include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, fatigue, and headaches. If symptoms become severe or you’re in a high-risk group, contact a healthcare provider promptly.
