We’re a locally owned, multi-disciplinary clinic in Springfield, MO that’s been delivering Pain Relief, with Light, Life & Hope for over 25 years. Our therapy team feels like family — many staff members have been here for years — and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and get back to living the active life they love. You’ll work side-by-side with our Physical Therapists, delivering hands-on care in a supportive, collaborative environment where chiropractic, medical, and PT all work together under one roof.

What you’ll do:
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions with skill and confidence
• Instruct and motivate patients with patience and empathy
• Monitor progress, ensure safety, and recommend adjustments
• Use physical modalities and functional training to help patients heal naturally

We’re looking for a reliable Certified Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our busy clinic. You’ll handle rooming patients, vitals, intake, phlebotomy, x-rays, and assisting with procedures — all while being part of a supportive, patient-focused environment where medical, chiropractic, and physical therapy work together in one convenient location.

What you’ll do:
• Room patients and take vitals
• Perform phlebotomy and basic lab duties
• Assist with procedures and x-rays
• Handle patient intake with a caring, professional touch
