I’m excited to host another Roll & Restore class on Sunday, April 19 at 3:30 PM. This session will be a little longer (2.5 hours) so we have time to explore rolling the front of the body—including the pelvis and hip flexors, abdominals, quads, inner thighs, chest, and sternum.

It may sound like a lot, but time always flies in these workshops. The beauty of a longer class is that we can move slowly, explore the body with curiosity, and allow space for deeper release.

Our work will pivot around the breath, because breathing is the foundation of everything we do. As we roll, open, and restore the body, you’ll begin to feel how deeply everything is connected.

We will finish the session with a guided Yoga Nidra, allowing the nervous system to settle and integrate the work we’ve done.

After the practice, I warmly invite you to stay, connect, and enjoy some healthy refreshments. This integration timeafter class is always very special—a moment to slow down, reflect, and share space together.

I always feel honored to teach these longer classes. They give us the time to truly explore the body, connect with the breath, and relax deeply at the end.

✨️I am a woman. Mother, wife, body movement educator, friend, a gentle soul,....

Soon to be 47. Navigating life, marriage, parenting, friendship, perimenopase ....

Working on myself, the internal part, invisible to others but so important to me..walking tbe path and shedding more light and awareness..

And
✨️There comes a moment when the illusion begins to crumble...

The illusion that our worth lives in the smallest version of our body.
That being loved depends on fitting into a certain size.
That shrinking ourselves equals success.

And if you built your identity on that… it can feel terrifying when it starts to fall apart.

✨️But what if this is not a loss?
What if this is an awakening?

❤️Your value has never been measured in inches or pounds.
It was never hanging on the number inside your jeans.
That was a story we were handed — and many of us believed it.

Maybe this season of change is not here to punish you.
Maybe it’s here to ask:
🌟Who are you beyond your body size?

Just because other women around you are perhaps obsessing, restricting, criticizing themselves, constantly talking about how to lose more…
doesn’t mean you have to join that conversation.

You are allowed to step out.
You are allowed to honor your body as it is today.
You are allowed to nourish it, move it, dress it, and live in it without apology.

The people who truly love you will not love you less because your body changed.
And the right people were never loving you for your size anyway.

Maybe this is the time to grow — not smaller, but deeper.
Softer.
Wiser.
More at home in yourself.

And that kind of beauty?
It cannot be reduced.

Post a ❤️if it resonates!

I truly love working one-to-one with my clients. 💛

In private sessions, we don’t just chase symptoms — we gently explore the roots of pain. That’s where real change happens. And no matter who walks into the room, we always begin the same way: with breathing. The basics. The foundation.

Using the Yamuna Body Rolling balls allows us to work deeply yet safely. It’s such a beautiful technique, especially for more mature clients who may not feel comfortable getting into traditional yoga poses. The balls support the body, open space, and help release tension without force.

This wonderful gentleman has been working with me for about six months now. He keeps coming back — and not because he’s in pain.

The best testimonial? He says he feels happy in his body and in his life… and he smiles at strangers again. 😊

That’s the real work.

✨️Your ribcage is meant to move with every breath.

But stress, posture and daily tension make it stiff.

Rolling ribs helps restore mobility and space.

More movement in the ribs = deeper breath, calmer body!

✨️Posture improvement
✨️Shoulders softened
✨️Deeper breathe
✨️Happier body

8am Classes using Yamuna technologies, balls and breathe
Location: Messiah Methodist Church, Rolling Rd.

Message me to reserve your spot!

✨️See you in the ball

EVOLUTION IS NOT A FAILURE. IT’S A RETURN.

Are you truly listening to your body…
or are you still practicing like you’re stuck in your 30s?

For a long time, my movement was intense.
Physical. Driven. Almost aggressive.
It helped me release anger. It gave me power.
And at that time, it was exactly what I needed.

But I’m not 30 anymore.

And lately, I’ve felt the shift.

My body doesn’t want to be pushed the same way.
It asks for more rest.
More pauses.
More listening.

And honestly?
That can be mentally challenging.

There’s a voice in my head that says:
“You should be stronger. Faster. Do more. Push.”

But when I ignore that voice…
When I slow down…
When I choose quality over quantity…

I feel at home in myself.

Spring is coming.
Nature is softening and waking up at the same time.
And I feel that rhythm too.

Morning walks.
Breathwork.
Gentle body rolling.
Yoga Nidra.

Less doing.
More listening.

Change is inevitable.
Evolution can feel scary.
But maybe it’s not about losing who we were.

Maybe it’s about honoring who we are now.

Letting go of who we think we should be.
Letting go of how we used to do things.

And trusting that when we truly listen…
we don’t become weaker.

We become peaceful.
We become wise.
We come home. 🤍

I just finished teaching our 2-hour Breath & Yoga Nidra journey… and I am exhausted in the most beautiful way. 🤍

❄️Despite the weather forecast, you showed up. And what unfolded in that room was something truly special — a calm, grounded, deeply healing energy.

✨️Through the power of breath, shoulders softened. Hips released. Backs opened. Faces relaxed. The nervous system shifted. And then Yoga Nidra was the gentle icing on the cake — allowing the body to fully receive what it was ready for.

♥️What touched me most was not just the feedback about feeling lighter and more open… but that people allowed themselves to receive. To slow down. To soften. To be guided.

That is the real work. That is the healing.

✨️Thank you to every single one of you who trusted me, practiced with me, and co-created this safe space. My mission was simple: create a space for healing. And tonight, that truly happened.

So much gratitude in my heart. 🤍

The sacrum is the foundation of the spine. It’s where your spine meets your pelvis, where your upper body meets the ground through your legs. When this area is tight or compressed (from sitting, stress, bracing), everything above it has to compensate.

Gentle horizontal rolling across the sacrum:

✨ hydrates and decompresses the base of the spine
✨ releases deep holding in the pelvic floor and low back
✨ stimulates the sacral nerves (supporting nervous system regulation)
✨ restores subtle movement between the sacrum and ilium

💛When the sacrum can soften and subtly glide again, the spine naturally stacks more efficiently. The pelvis finds neutral. The legs root more evenly into the floor.

💛And that’s why we stand up taller — not because we “tried harder,” but because the foundation reorganized.

More grounded. More vertical. More connected to the earth.

💛Your base matters.
