On Friday April 25th our Memory Buffet Group participated in some Gardening Activities. As you can see by the pictures this is an engaged group of people in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease who enjoy getting together for social connections and support! Char,Don, and Seth Harrell came into the Springfield, MO Greater Missouri Alzheimer's Association office and brought $2,447.00 raised at the Rock to End Alzheimer's event held at Cartoons Oyster Bar in Springfield, MO this past Saturday! It was an AWESOME event!

Alongside 850 other advocates we painted the Capitol Purple in attempts to raise funding for Alzheimer's Research and CURE BY 2025! What an awesome experience!

We need your help! Ask members of Congress to support the Alzheimer's Accountability Act (S. 2192/H.R. 4351), a bipartisan effort to ensure that Congress has the information needed to set funding priorities that will help reach the goal of the National Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease to effectively prevent & treat Alzheimer’s by 2025.

The Alzheimer's Accountability Act allows researchers to better inform Congress of the realities faced by the scientific community.
